I offer in-person Reiki sessions inside Light & Dark Acupuncture in Aurora, just minutes from Denver and a few blocks from the Stanley Marketplace, as well as Distance Reiki, Human Design, and Astrology sessions. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or a deeper connection with yourself, navigating stress, burnout, or a life transition, my intention is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and gently guided back to your own inner wisdom.

Rebecca is not just a Reiki Master—she is a grounded guide through the unseen layers of healing. During one session, she performed an emotional release technique on my right shoulder that unexpectedly unlocked a long-buried trauma. What followed was a wave of grief I hadn’t known I was holding, and its release became a vital turning point in my healing journey. Her presence is steady, intuitive, and deeply attuned to the body’s quiet language. I trust her work not only as a partner, but as someone who has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of her practice.

My remote Reiki session with Rebecca was a calming and grounding experience. We set a designated time, I relaxed in a reclining chair and she began her work from her location. She worked on the entire body, focusing on two areas in particular that needed attention. In one of those areas I felt a gentle tingling during the session. This was my first Reiki experience and it was a half hour session. Despite the physical distance in location, I felt deeply connected to her calming presence throughout the session. Rebecca has a true gift for holding space for healing, and I felt a shift in my energy. Overall, it was deeply relaxing and provided a wonderful sense of peace and mental clarity for me. I highly recommend Rebecca to anyone curious about energy healing.

Why I Do This Work

I began this path after studying astrology and human design — first for myself, then for my family. When I experienced Reiki, the grounded peace it brought me felt like a gift I couldn’t keep to myself. Living to Align was born from the desire to bring together insight, energy, and alignment — so others could feel that same clarity and calm.
